Order Status

You may check the status of your order at any time by calling 509-798-8545 or by emailing orders@bldrsupply.com.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to pick up or shipment. Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance. Some custom or special orders may be non-cancellable or incur restocking fees of 25%, depending on source.

Returns / Refunds

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in like-new condition. Custom or special-order products may be non-returnable. For questions on returns, call 509-798-8545.

Certain products (such as pet food or consumables) are not returnable but may be refundable.

Payment

The following credit cards are accepted online: Visa, Mastercard, Discover.

If you have a house charge account with Builders Supply & Home Center, online payments can be made if you ask us to open your account to the Online Store and you establish a password. When paying with a credit card, a convenience fee may be charged to your account.

Pickup

Builders Supply & Home Center will send an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. When you arrive, please call 509-798-8545 and let us know you are here.

Shipping

Shipping is available via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping charges will be applied to your order. Please contact us prior to placing your online order for more information about shipping availability and lead times.
